Our Referral Process

Upon receiving a lead I automatically forward a letter of introduction and a free report on current design trends. I find out if the prospect has any pressing needs on which I can provide a free estimate immediately. Upon uncovering the prospects current project needs, 
I follow up with a complimentary telephone consultation. I am sure to find out where the lead came from so that I can note the referral source (you!) as I reward referrals that turn into completed business. You will receive your choice of a $50 Gift Certificate to a local 
restaurant or $100 Design Dollars to be applied to your next Meringue3.14 invoice.
